Mercure Hotel Stuttgart Airport Messe

The hotel is in a very good location. The rooms are very clean. We were allowed to enter the room early. The Turkish lady who started working on the day we stayed was very kind and helpful. Everything was great but I have a complaint. We forgot our son's toy in the room. We wanted to go up to the room to check the room before checking out. They didn't let us. They said they checked and there were no toys in the room. They said we could have taken them in our bags. But we were sure it wasn't in our bags. It was a valuable toy for us. Other than that, everything was great. All the staff and everyone at the reception were very good. Also, I bought it with breakfast included but they said it was a mistake and I bought the option without breakfast. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel.

The rooms were perfectly clean and comfortable.

A welcoming modern hotel with excellent convenient location. We had a little booking issue but the staff at the reception sorted it out quickly and to our satisfaction. Free parking is also a big plus.

it was very easy to get to. The restaurant was very good - good food at a decent price - much better than what is offered at similarly priced hotels.

We really like the very spacious and airy rooms, everything is super clean and new. The location is a bit far from the center, but right in front of the hotel there is a subway station, which is very well connected to other parts of the city.
